photo (scan to 190X224X72 pixels/per inch or vice-versa) by e-mail
or snail mail.
- Some history
in written form (can be anything you like ie: what you're doing now,
some accomplishments, short history of your life since graduation,
your thoughts on a subject, the place you live at now, your hobbies,
etc.
